To participate in the Looking After Your Mental Health at Work referral scheme you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Pairs of undergraduate students are eligible for a referral reward if:
    • one student refers the other to the Looking After Your Mental Health at Work workshops using their unique referral link (included with their confirmation email),
    • the second student has not already attended a Looking After Your Mental Health at Work workshop, and
    • both students attend and complete a Looking After Your Mental Health at Work workshop, including returning a completed feedback form.
  2. For each successful referral, both students will receive a reward credit of £5.
  3. The maximum reward credit any individual student can accumulate is capped at £20 (i.e. four successful referrals).
  4. The total amount of reward credit available is limited to £300. If this limit is reached, the referral scheme will close early and the reward credit will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
  5. Following the conclusion of the programme of Looking After Your Mental Health at Work workshops in late March, reward credit will be distributed to students as National Book Tokens e-Gift Cards. To distribute these gift cards, participating students' email addresses will be submitted to the National Book Tokens website. Participation in the referral scheme requires agreement to this data transfer.
  6. Use of the National Book Tokens e-Gift Cards is subject to the National Book Tokens terms and conditions.
