Lunchtime meditation

You are warmly invited to attend a lunchtime meditation every weekday (Mondays-Thursdays) in termtime. The session is 15 minutes long and runs from 1.15pm-1.30pm. Feel free to arrive and leave when you wish, in that time. Sign in to Zoom call here.

Q&A session and mindfulness support

On Tuesdays from 1.30pm-2.00pm, you can catch the Mindfulness Teacher for an informal Q&A, or to arrange a ‘Mindfulness Support’ session, if you need extra support with your practice. Sign in to Zoom call here.
