Student Wellbeing

 

Research suggests that there are a core group of actions we can proactively adopt to improve our levels of wellbeing and mental health.

Some of the sections below are taken from “Five ways to wellbeing” which is an evidence-based study in this area, originally published by the New Economics Foundation in 2008. 

There are also strategies and skills you can develop and hone which have been taken directly or adapted from the Action for Happiness project (http://www.actionforhappiness.org/) to help you to shape and influence your own levels of wellbeing and satisfaction.

Other sections explore ways to maintain healthy lifestyle choices which are known to have a positive impact on our physical and mental health and wellbeing.
